Metal Melting Process
- Raw Material Pretreatment: Scrap metals are sorted, cleaned and cut into smaller pieces to remove impurities.
- Charging: The prepared materials are gradually added into the furnace crucible to avoid overloading.
- Melting: Metals are melted through electromagnetic induction heating while maintaining proper temperature control.
- Alloying: Alloy elements can be added and mixed evenly according to production requirements.
- Refining and Homogenization: The molten metal is held at temperature to remove gases and impurities.
- Tapping and Casting: After quality confirmation, the furnace is tilted to pour molten metal into molds.
- Furnace Cleaning: The furnace is cleaned and prepared for the next melting cycle.
