Product Details
WOLFU polysilicon polycrystalline silicon ingot casting furnace is designed for solar battery material production and photovoltaic silicon processing. The equipment is used for high-temperature melting, vacuum processing, and directional solidification of polysilicon materials to produce silicon ingots for downstream solar material applications.
The furnace adopts a vertical structure with high vacuum, inert gas protection, high-temperature melting, and controlled directional solidification functions. It is suitable for silicon melting and ingot casting processes that require stable temperature control, reliable vacuum performance, and consistent crystallization quality.
The equipment uses PLC + HMI automatic control, allowing one system to complete the full process, including heating, melting, crystallization, tempering, and cooling. This improves operational efficiency, reduces labor requirements, and supports stable batch production.
The patented ingot structure creates a larger temperature gradient from top to bottom in the thermal field, which helps improve directional solidification performance. The furnace also has purification capability, allowing 4N raw material to produce more than 5N polysilicon under suitable process conditions.
