The WOLFU Medium Frequency Melting Furnace & Ingot Casting Line is a complete metal melting and casting solution specially designed for recycling and remelting scrap metals including scrap steel, scrap copper, scrap aluminum, and alloy materials.

The production line combines a medium frequency induction furnace, automatic tilting system, molten metal transfer system, ingot mould conveyor, spray cooling system, and automatic demoulding section to ensure stable and efficient ingot production.

Using medium frequency induction heating technology, the furnace provides rapid melting speed, precise temperature control, low oxidation loss, and reduced power consumption compared with traditional fuel-fired furnaces.

This production line can manufacture aluminum ingots, copper ingots, alloy ingots, and other casting products continuously. The system can also be integrated with billet making machines, reheating furnaces, and rolling mills to build a complete metal processing plant.
