WOLFU 1500-2500kg/h Energy-Saving Radiator Recycling Machine Copper Aluminum Separator for Scrap Metal Processing is a high-efficiency crushing and sorting line designed for recycling waste radiators from air conditioners, generators, automobiles, and other scrap metal sources. This automatic production line is built to recover copper, aluminum, and iron with high purity while reducing material loss and improving overall recycling value.
The Waste Radiator Crushing Recycling Line uses a complete process including double-shaft shredding, hammer crushing, magnetic separation, and air separation. Materials are first coarsely crushed by the double-shaft shredder, then finely crushed by the hammer crusher into pieces of about 3 cm. Iron is removed by a powerful magnetic separator, while copper and aluminum are separated by an air separator. The final sorting purity can reach up to 99%.
