WOLFU gas fired aluminum melting furnace is designed for efficient melting of scrap aluminum and other non-ferrous metals in foundries, metallurgical casting plants, and aluminum recycling facilities. This tilting crucible furnace is suitable for processing waste aluminum cans, aluminum wires, aluminum castings, aluminum doors and windows, aluminum kitchenware, aluminum car wheels, as well as copper and zinc materials.

The furnace can work with multiple fuel options, including natural gas, LPG, diesel, heavy oil, and coal gas, giving customers greater flexibility based on local fuel availability and operating cost preferences. With strong melting capacity and stable thermal performance, the equipment is suitable for producing aluminum ingots, aluminum billets, and other cast products.
