Product Details

WOLFU air blast furnace is designed for non-ferrous metal smelting and metallurgical production line applications. It is suitable for matte smelting of copper, nickel, cobalt, and similar metals, as well as reduction smelting of lead, zinc, and other non-ferrous materials. The furnace can also be used for melting various copper-containing materials, scrap metal, and selected mineral raw materials in customized smelting processes.

This type of furnace is a vertical shaft smelting furnace with a steel plate shell and refractory brick lining inside. The furnace body is generally divided into several main sections from top to bottom, including the throat, shaft, belly, bosh, and hearth. Charging equipment is installed above the furnace top, while tuyeres are evenly arranged around the upper hearth area to introduce hot blast air into the furnace.

The furnace burden is usually in lump form, and coke is commonly used as the main fuel and reducing medium. During operation, air is blown into the furnace through the tuyere system, helping achieve efficient combustion, reduction, and melting. Below the tuyere zone, slag and molten metal can be discharged separately through dedicated tapping openings.

WOLFU air blast furnace is suitable for copper ore, antimony ore, and various non-ferrous metal smelting projects. It can also be combined with side-blown furnace systems, environmental protection equipment, gas cleaning systems, and auxiliary feeding solutions to form a more complete smelting production line.

Built for energy-saving operation and reliable industrial use, the furnace can be customized according to raw material type, production capacity, plant layout, and process requirements. It is widely used in metallurgical plants, mining projects, and non-ferrous metal recovery operations.
