Product Details

WOLFU high temperature vacuum controlled atmosphere quenching furnace is designed for precision heat treatment applications requiring accurate temperature control, high vacuum performance, and uniform gas cooling. This furnace is suitable for quenching, annealing, tempering, brazing, and related thermal processes in aerospace, aviation, automotive, electronics, machinery manufacturing, and other high-end industrial fields.

The furnace is mainly composed of a furnace shell, graphite heating chamber, vacuum system, cooling system, and control system. The heating chamber uses graphite heater, graphite soft felt, and hard felt materials to provide stable high-temperature operation, with a maximum furnace temperature of 1320°C and working temperature up to 1250°C.

During gas quenching, high-purity nitrogen or argon is introduced into the system and distributed through multiple graphite spray nozzles inside the heating chamber. Combined with the high-pressure blower, copper heat exchanger, and duct deflector structure, the furnace achieves uniform cooling of the workpiece and stable quenching performance.

The material platform is composed of graphite support, hearth, and Al2O3 stickers, which helps prevent adhesion between the platform and the hearth under high-temperature conditions. The furnace can also be configured with optional features such as a stirring fan for low-temperature stirring and a valve heat exchanger for venting at any temperature.
