How It Works

  • Step 1 | Automatic Frame Removal: robotic/mechanical frame stripper detaches aluminum frames in 25–40 seconds per panel.
  • Step 2 | Glass Separation: hot-knife / laser edge cutting lifts the tempered glass with minimal cell breakage.
  • Step 3 | Shredding & Crushing: two-stage shredder and crusher reduce the remaining laminate to 5–20 mm fragments.
  • Step 4 | Multi-Layer Sorting: electrostatic + air-flow + vibration separators split glass, metals, silicon powder, and EVA/backsheet.
