Process Flow

Seven Stages.
One Sealed Line.

  1. Discharged material enters the first crusher: 30–100 mm.
  2. Sealed conveyor transfers material to the second crusher.
  3. Fine crushing reduces material to approximately 2–5 mm.
  4. Controlled airflow separates coarse powder, fine powder and diaphragm.
  5. Cyclone unloading and vibrating screening classify the material.
  6. Metal-rich fraction is screened from lithium-cobalt mixed powder.
  7. Air-gravity separation divides copper/aluminum from black powder.

What can be recovered from waste lithium batteries?

The line can separate a metal mixture containing copper and aluminum, black powder containing graphite and lithium-cobalt material, plus diaphragm material.

Which lithium batteries can the machine process?

After safe discharge, the line can be configured for cylindrical 18650 cells, phone and laptop batteries, EV lithium battery modules, electrode sheets and other compatible battery materials. Chemistry and pack construction must be confirmed before engineering.

Can Wolfu provide battery-discharge equipment?

Yes. Discharge equipment and a project-specific discharge solution can be included according to the battery type and plant requirements.

Can you assist with layout, installation and training?

Yes. Wolfu can prepare a project drawing covering equipment dimensions and floor-space planning, then provide installation guidance and operator training.

What is the warranty policy?

The standard product warranty is one year. Final coverage, wear-part exclusions and service conditions are defined in the sales contract.

What support is available if the machine stops?

Send operating information and a clear video for remote diagnosis. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, on-site service can be arranged under the agreed service terms.
