The WOLFU Industrial Silicon Melting Induction Furnace is engineered for continuous melting of industrial silicon and high-purity silicon feedstock used in semiconductors, photovoltaic cells, and solar panel manufacturing. Electromagnetic induction technology provides rapid and uniform heating while minimizing contamination.

This silicon melting furnace supports solar-grade silicon production by accurately controlling temperature and melt homogeneity, helping manufacturers reduce production costs and improve product quality. The furnace can process silicon chunks and refined silicon materials to produce molten silicon for directional solidification, silicon ingot casting, and semiconductor crystal growth.
