WOLFU gas fired aluminum melting furnace is designed for efficient melting of scrap aluminum and other non-ferrous metals in foundries, metallurgical casting plants, and aluminum recycling facilities. This tilting crucible furnace is suitable for processing waste aluminum cans, aluminum wires, aluminum castings, aluminum doors and windows, aluminum kitchenware, aluminum car wheels, as well as copper and zinc materials.
The furnace can work with multiple fuel options, including natural gas, LPG, diesel, heavy oil, and coal gas, giving customers greater flexibility based on local fuel availability and operating cost preferences. With strong melting capacity and stable thermal performance, the equipment is suitable for producing aluminum ingots, aluminum billets, and other cast products.
This hydraulic tilting melting furnace can be used together with aluminum ingot casting machines and die-casting machines. It is also suitable for holding, degassing, and refining molten aluminum, making it a practical solution for different melting and casting requirements.
The furnace shell is welded with steel plates and section steel for reliable structural strength. The frame columns use thick-wall square tubes, while the furnace chamber is integrally cast with refractory materials and further insulated with aerogel for improved heat retention and energy efficiency. A real-time temperature measuring device is installed to display the furnace chamber temperature during operation.
